Skywatch Friday: What Raven told Bear

Raven told Bear that anyone can fly.
You simply need to find a place high
and ride the solid blue sky:

So Bear climbed an aspen:

But when he got to the top, the sky was gone.
Spring Blizzard had swallowed it up:

You are a photo-jounalist extraordinaire. Your pictures are so beautiful, they bring a tear to my eye. I am currently thankful that the blizzards are over for us here in the northeast. 80 degrees F predicted here for the upcoming weekend. I will be going to the shore, for shore!

That is a great combination of story and pictures, but it's such a sad ending!

Wow!! What great shots. By the way, if you do have another spring blizzard, please keep it up there and don't send it to Colorado. :)

Thanks, DeeDee, I appreciate that coming from someone who is an excellent writer & blogger.

Thank you, everyone, it makes me feel very happy to share a little bit of the local world with you, just as I feel happy seeing into yours.

LisaW, I was just thinking we need to stand the Great Snow Moses out on the Pintler Range west of Butte to part these storms: half to Colorado, half to Canada!

ER: Thanks for sharing that Raven photo, your weather looks way too cold.
