Skywatch Friday: Peakbagging the Pintler in Montana

Summer in the Northern Rockies, a time for "peakbagging" (climbing to summits) in the mountains of the Pintler Wilderness seen from our house in Walkerville, Montana (near Butte America). My soul lives in these mountains:

    Breathtaking views!! So beautiful where you live. I am surprised to see snow. I took a train to Whitefish, Montana years ago and I loved it there.

    Great post!!! We've visited and backpacked Pintler Wilderness trails and want to do this one too. How hard is the climb? We've troed some other scrambles but the Pintler peaks can be bad.
