As John Denver put it,
"There's a storm across the valley, clouds are rollin' in...:"
And it is beautiful in our little headwater valley of southwest Montana, watching the weather come in from fifty miles away.

What an awesome capture and John Denver's words are perfect as they frequently were! The light is really amazing! Hope you have a great weekend! Thanks as always for stopping by and for your comment! Much appreciated!

Beautiful photo---and I love that John Denver song ( well, actually, I love any John Denver song). I know Montana is a beautiful place. Mickie
So dramatic looking. A really lovely view to be sure!
Oh, I like this shot! How long did it take for the storm to get to you?
Best thing ever to look out and see the great goings on outside. We have always been weather-watchers.
Great panorama of the wonders of the sky.
Well at least the storms can't sneak up on you. Great shot. On the other hand in some of those narrow valleys flyfishing you might have two minutes warning. I know...
Enjoyed the movie reviews. Those Finnlander and their saunas. I know.
Beautiful photo! We sometimes see similar things where we live.
We had a storm roll in today. I love hearing the thunder.
I love watching storms roll in across mountains or prairies. Great photo. Those dark clouds look like lots of snow is on its way.
Gorgeous!! I really love the way the clouds and the land are so close to the same colour in that light!
another beautiful sky shot!
